Losing weight bottom line.--- No!, I wouldn't be so personal as to talk about "your bottom line". However, I hope you are happy with your bottom line, if not maybe we can assist you. The bottom line for weight loss is always something to do with our appearance and the way we feel about ourselves. If we didn't care about our appearance there would not be many people searching for weight loss ideas I can assure you. " I would be more attractive if only _________"? If you don't have an important enough "REAL WHY" regarding your appearance, the prospect of your long term weight loss success is very poor. The honest realisation of your of your real "REAL WHY" is critical to your future success in losing weight. Ask yourself, WHY DO I REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?----Be honest with your self, no one is watching! It could be something like "I would like to be able to fit into some smaller more attractive and better fitting clothes" or possibly some other personal reason. THIS IS THE GOAL WHICH CAN DRIVE YOU TO VICTORY OR CAUSE YOUR FAILURE. Don't ignore it!. As a personal counsellor of many years experience I can assure you this should be your FIRST STEP in any weight loss program. Make it real, GET A PEN AND WRITE IT DOWN!. Now place it where you will see it in the MORNING after you are really awake. Find a location where you will see it daily, Maybe your make up mirror could be a good spot. You don't have to MAKE CRAZY SACRIFICES or start intensive exercises. Take it easy, you will be more successful with a steady easy approach than with a mad dash attempt to lose weight quickly. Whilst this IDEA is very attractive, unfortunately it is seldom sustainable. In my experience, quick weight loss programs will eventually later result in very rapid increases in weight. The world is full of people with good intentions. "Heard that before?". No where does that apply more than in the area of losing weight Quickly. Set yourself an initial ACHIEVABLE target. One which you know you can win with. Success leads to success. Don't set your initial goal too high. THIS INVITES FAILURE. You don't need me to remind you that disillusionment is an open invitation to give up. Weight loss for a lot of people can be quite difficult, we are so easily led astray. Unless we have a goal firmly in place and WE ALSO KNOW WE ARE WINNING it becomes all too hard. There needs to be a good reason to say to say "NO" to those good looking biscuits and those inviting cakes and chocolates. Set yourself an achievable target,(a shorter aim towards your eventual goal) that you can win with, then when you have achieved it REWARD YOURSELF. Maybe a hairdo or maybe a meal out where maybe you can forget your weight loss program for one night, BUT DON'T FORGET YOUR EVENTUAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL. Forget about, "Tomorrow never comes" Now is time to set your new target of maybe getting a flat stomach or whatever is your ultimate goal. THESE THINGS ARE FUNDAMENTAL TO YOUR SUCCESS.
