Don’t fall for the idea of restricting yourself to a low fat diet, IT’S THE TYPE OF FAT YOU EAT THAT CAUSES ALL YOUR TROUBLE.

Here is an interesting statistic.

Researchers separated 65 obese adults. One group ate a low calorie diet with only 18% of their calories coming from fat. The other half ate a diet which had a whole 39% of their diet coming from almonds which are loaded with fat. After 6 months those on the almond fat rich diet had 62% reduction in body mass index, and a 50% greater reduction in waist circumference than those who didn’t eat the almond fatty diet. The point here is, you don’t have to eat a high almond fat diet, IT'S THE TYPE OF FATS WE CONSUME.

Carbohydrates produce insulin and the more you create insulin the fatter you will become.

Eating good fats does not produce insulin and almonds are loaded with good fats, this type of fat reduces insulin, keeps LDL levels low and very importantly REDUCES INFLAMMATION.

We now know inflammation in the artery wall causes heart disease which many people have been trying to handle with Statin Medications. 25% of the American population take expensive statin drugs. Sadly, more Americans will die this year of heart disease than ever before.

Most of us have been trying to follow a diet that is low in fat and high in carbohydrates but I don’t think you need me to tell you, it hasn’t worked.

IT IS NOT JUST FATS, BUT THE TYPE OF FATS WE CONSUME.

Another one of our biggest problems lies in the amount of Omega 6 fats we consume.

For instance, CORN OIL AND SOY BEAN OIL ARE LOADED WITH OMEGA 6 all of which are prone to cause inflammation, particularly if they are not balanced by Omega 3.

I know it’s very hard to burn body fat because so much of our prepared food is loaded with Omega 6. This oil acts as a preservative and is widely used. Omega 3 on the other hand is now very scarce and in short supply.

Let me say it again, it’s not the amount of fat we eat but THE TYPE OF FAT WE EAT which is causing body fat and also a huge number of other health issues.
