I am sure this is bad news for most people who are trying to lose weight that's because most of us are inclined to be fond of sweet things.

Trying to give up on sweets and sweet beverages is not easy. I am sorry to say that most of us have unknowingly become addicted to sweet things. We are not aware of the surrepticous way this has crept up on us.

"But I don't use much sugar in my tea or coffee", I hear you say. Well how about those canned drinks and sweets you frequently consume?

I am amazed when I visit the supermarket to see the quantity of Cokes or similar cans I see loaded into the shopping trolleys. Then see the weight problems of the person pushing the trolley. Say no more.
