I have just read an article by Dr Mercola in which he says(quote) “I’ve written numerous articles about the dangers of consuming fructose, including its ability to disturb your metabolism, elevate blood pressure and triglyceride's, CAUSE WEIGHT GAIN, heart disease and liver damage and even deplete your body of vitamins and minerals”. End of quote. One of the greatest things you can do for teen weight loss is try and get them off their addiction to things that are so attractive due to their sweetness appeal.
