Your weight loss is dependent on your weight loss motivation. "YOUR WHY" Losing weight is a challenge and takes some effort. You have to get out of your comfort zone and start doing things differently. If you say yes to this challenge you will have the chance of a better life style. The first thing I ask people is, "What is your reason for losing weight"? Have YOU thought about it??? It's so easy to say "Yes, it would be nice to lose a few kilo's or pounds" That type of statement is never going to be effective or achieve real results. You need a REAL reason backed up by your INTENTION. Why?. BECAUSE ITS SO VERY EASY TO GIVE UP. The decision to lose weight MUST ALWAYS BE YOUR OWN. I have never seen anyone successfully lose weight because someone suggests they they ought to. Look around you.--- The world is full of overweight people who probably tried at some stage to lose weight then gave up on trying. (It's all too difficult and who cares anyway). It takes a considerable amount of determination to overcome our taste desires and habits therefore we need a positive "WHY" to drive us onto success. The world is full of very doubtful information about diet programs etc. I am sure that if we had more reliable or accurate information there would be a lot more smaller dress sizes on those racks. Can you recall when you were slimmer? Losing weight is a nigh on impossibility unless you are clear in your own mind of the advantages of weight loss. Its the advantages of winning that drive us on.
